General Questions:

Q. What is the date of the 2010 Syracuse Chamber Business Show?
A. Thursday, March 25th, 2010 from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Entrance Fee: $5.00

Q. Where is the 2010 Syracuse Chamber Business Show held?
A. The 2010 Chamber Business Show is held at:

Q. What will I see at the 2010 Syracuse Chamber Business Show?
A. Nearly 300 companies and organizations displaying their goods and services.  Free seminars will be presented on a broad range of business related topics. The Chamber Taste Garden will highlight chamber member restaurants and caterers offering free samples of their fare.  The Green Technology section will highlight the green companies of New York’s Creative Core.

Q. Why should I exhibit or why should I attend the 2010 Syracuse Chamber Business Show?
A. As an exhibitor you have the opportunity to get your name and business in front of nearly 7000 people.  The Chamber Business Show is one of the best ways to gain visibility and make connections.  As you network with your fellow exhibitor it is the equivalent of making nearly 300 sales calls in just one day. As an attendee you have the opportunity to connect with these 300 exhibitors and see what the CNY business landscape has to offer.

Q. Will there be food available to purchase?
A. Visit Hero’s & Legends Café, open from 8am-5pm

Q. How much does a booth cost?
A. There are various levels of booth pricing, please return to the register page for details.

Q. What is the standard booth size?
A. The standard size of each booth is 10' x 10'.  

Q. What Furnishings are provided with each booth?
A. Each 10' X 10' booth is furninshed with:
  • Pipe & Drape
  • 2 Chairs
  • One 6" table topped and skirted in show colors (General Business Show Exhibitors - Blue & White, Green Tech Exhibitors - Hunter Green and Sponsors - Gold)
  • One ID Sign
  • One Waste Can
  • Access to One Standard Outlet (a 220 line will incur an additional charge)
Q. Can I connect to the Internet from my booth?
A. Yes, The NYS Fairgrounds has three internet service providers who could provide wired and wireless internet services. Please contact one of the follwing for your specific needs.

Q. When can I begin to move in and set up my booth?
A. Move in is Wednesday, March 24th from 8:00am to 8:00pm

Q. When can I begin to tear down my booth?
A. Move out is Thursday March 25th from 5:00pm - 10:00pm
